AI Factory-Born Products
A platform of AI-native products, born from the same factory.
The factory that reshapes client IT also builds new products. We conceive them, build them, own them, and operate them. When patterns repeat across our delivery work, they become platform.
Platform
Custom platform management, from inception to run.
Every Factory-Born product sits on Consitora’s own platform management tooling — software we built to run a digital product’s full lifecycle, not a patchwork of tickets and vendor consoles. From the first inception note through design, build, beta, launch, and live operations: backlog, environments, releases, telemetry, and the human gates that still decide what ships.
That is how six products stay one platform. The same system that turns a spark into a spec is the system that watches it in production. Clients who Build Together can ride the same rails.

What's with #77? - Get The Story

The number
For fifty years the number on the back has been 77.
The same person who builds the software still plays, and the ice is where the habit was cut in: 6 a.m. practices before school, cold air, hard surface, no place to hide a lazy shift. What he learned there gets handed on — not as a speech, as the standard he expects from the people next to him. This dedication, discipline, and commitment was written before Consitora existed. It is what the company was built on.
Finish what you started.
Make the person beside you better.
Keep the standard when nobody is keeping score.
You feel it in the work, not in a slogan. We do not hand you a plan and leave. Design, build, market, sell, and support stay in one line until the thing works in your operation, not just in a demo. Other firms treat launch like the buzzer. We stay on the ice with you — competitive on purpose, steady when it gets messy, unwilling to leave you short. The number is the reminder. The commitment is why customers stay.
CheckIt77 is the operating system for short-term rental portfolios. It schedules turnovers, dispatches cleaning and maintenance crews, and uses AI to score the unit from photos so hosts know it is guest-ready before the next arrival — not after a one-star review. Dispatch that used to take a coordinator all morning happens in minutes: the model picks the crew from skills, drive time, and past turnovers. Punch lists write themselves from the pictures.
- AI assigns the right crew from skills, location, and past turnovers — not a group text at 6 a.m.
- Guest-ready scoring from turnover photos, with a punch list before check-in
- Owners see the portfolio as a live board instead of a pile of vendor threads

Haul77
Haul77 is a marketplace for surplus dirt and fill: who has cut, who needs fill, and what actually moved. Drivers send pile photos from the cab. AI classifies the material (clean fill vs mixed), estimates load size when there is no scale on site, and writes the haul log the job bills from. That closes the gap between “we think we hauled 14 loads” and a bill you can defend — and it turns empty backhauls into revenue instead of dead miles.
- Match surplus cut with jobs that need fill, locally, instead of landfill fees
- AI classifies material from pile photos so the wrong dirt never hits the pad
- Load-size estimates from pictures when a scale is not on site — the log the invoice uses

Return77
Return77 is check-in and check-out for independent equipment rental yards. Outbound and inbound photo packs replace the clipboard argument in the lot. AI diffs the two packs, flags what changed, estimates the make-right cost, and texts the renter a charge packet they can see, not a surprise invoice a week later. Yards stop losing money on “it was already like that” — and renters get a fair, photo-backed close.
- Photo sets at pickup and return — a baseline, not a memory
- AI diffs the packs and flags damage a human can confirm in seconds
- Repair-cost estimate from the damage photos, sent as a charge packet the same day

Surge77
Surge77 is a live hub for Atlantic and Pacific storms — tracks, cones, and NOAA advisories without the clutter. AI watches the model suite, explains what changed for your saved locations, and tells you when to actually prepare. That is the difference between refreshing Twitter during every advisory dump and a plain-language call: the cone shifted onto your zip, the ensemble spread widened, board up now. Facilities, HOAs, and coastal ops get signal instead of noise.
- Basin maps, official NHC/CPHC forecasts, and ensemble spread in one place
- AI translates cone and model disagreement into impact for your saved locations
- Alerts when the forecast actually changes — not every advisory dump

Splash77
Splash77 is in-and-out for dry-stack marinas, plus the add-on services that hang off the same lift — fuel, pump-out, wash, winterize. Owners request a splash time by text. AI sequences the lift against capacity, weather, and who is already on the water. Dockhands launch and recover; hull photos become a condition packet instead of a forgotten clipboard. Marinas fill the day without a radio traffic jam, and owners stop guessing whether their boat is in the water.
- Fuel, pump-out, wash, and winterize as line items on the same run
- AI sequences launch and recover from owner requests and lift capacity
- Hull condition scored from splash and rack photos — a record, not a shrug

Sideline77
Sideline77 is operations for club and amateur sports — rosters, availability, practices, games, and parent communication in one place. The AI desk actually builds the week from who can play, who can coach, and which field is free, then writes the recap from a sideline voice note or photos. Volunteer coordinators get hours back. Parents get one source of truth instead of three group chats and a spreadsheet that is already wrong.
- Rosters, availability, practices, and games in one place
- AI builds the week from player/coach availability and field constraints
- Game recaps from a sideline voice note or photos — not a coach typing at 11 p.m.
Our Founder's Story
The number on every Factory-Born product traces back to one person: our founder, who has worn #77 since he started playing hockey as a kid, and still laces up today. The discipline that number represents — show up early, finish what you started, keep the standard when nobody's watching — is the same discipline the company runs on.
That is not a brand story we wrote after the fact. It is the actual operating model.Read the full story above →
How it works
Delivery funds the machine. The machine improves delivery. Products capture the multiple.
Every client engagement runs through the same factory: requirements into specs, specs into code, code into tested increments, increments into released, monitored software. When we notice the same problem recurring across clients, we build it once, properly, and turn it into a product we own.
U.S.-based architects and product leads set direction and approve what ships. The factory's AI agents do the scalable work underneath: build, test, document, deploy, monitor. The result is products built at the speed of the factory, with the accountability of a small, senior team.
