Consulting

Is bringing IT home the right move for you?

Right Shore AI is the consulting engagement that answers that. Home Shore may be the right path — or Hybrid, Optimized Offshore, or Status Quo may serve you better. The assessment models all four scenarios against your actual profile so you can make the call with facts.

We are not here to sell you a predetermined destination.

Home Shore makes economic sense for some organizations and not for others. The answer depends on your actual headcount, spend, workforce mix, application portfolio, AI readiness, and risk tolerance — not on a benchmark deck or a vendor's preferred narrative.

Our free assessment models your situation across four scenarios — Status Quo, Optimized Offshore, Hybrid, and Full Home Shore — and gives you the numbers, assumptions, and caveats to evaluate each one on its own merits. If Hybrid or Optimized Offshore wins on your data, the assessment will say so.

If the numbers do support a transition, we can plan and run it. If they don't, you'll know before spending anything.

The Home Shore journey

Alongside, then handback.

We don't become your permanent team. We help you become a Home-Shored company again.

01

Assess & plan

We map your estate — architecture, backlog, offshore contracts, staffing — and build a concrete plan to bring the work home to your own people.

02

Stand up factory + experts

Consitora experts and the AI factory go to work alongside your current offshore team on selected streams. No rip-and-replace. Throughput goes up while headcount gets redesigned.

03

Hire & upskill your team

We help you select, hire, and shape the employees who will own this work permanently. Your team, not ours.

04

Embed

The operating model — process, gates, accountability — gets embedded into your organization. Your staff runs the pipeline with Consitora experts still in the loop.

05

Transition

Consitora experts step back as your team steps up. Offshored resources wind down as your capacity stands up.

06

Steady state

Your people run Home Shore. Ongoing Consitora involvement — factory access, advisory — is available, but it is optional, not the definition of success.

The old model vs. Home Shore

Same estate. Different engine.

The offshore pyramid

Built for

Mid-to-large market IT organizations

If you run application maintenance, internal platforms, or ongoing product development through an offshore vendor or captive center, Home Shore is built for your estate.

  • Application maintenance and enhancement teams running on offshore staff augmentation
  • Captive offshore development centers with rising cost and flat output
  • Programs where onshore managers spend more time coordinating than deciding
  • Any estate where data residency and IP protection matter more than rate cards

Beyond Consitora

An open method, not a private playbook.

Home Shore's goals are aspirational. We're saying that plainly.

Offshoring took root over roughly three decades. It is not realistic for one company to spearhead bringing all of that work home. No firm our size, or any size, can staff its way through a shift that large.

That does not change what we do for clients who hire us. Consitora still leads the work: we plan it, staff it with transformational experts and an AI factory, and hand it back to your own employees, exactly as described above. That commercial offer stays. Ongoing Consitora involvement after handback — factory access, advisory — is optional, not the default definition of success.

In parallel, we're going to publish and open-source the method — the framework, the operating guidelines, and the white papers behind it — so other consulting firms, internal IT organizations, and operators can run Home Shore inside their own walls and rebuild their own teams, without needing us in the room.

We're not claiming we invented onshoring. We're publishing how we actually do AI-forward, headcount-reducing onshore delivery, so the category doesn't get diluted into offshore plus a chatbot.

01

See the whole process

So others can understand the process end to end, not just the pitch.

02

Improve it

So others can contribute ideas, field reports, and improvements back into the process.

03

Tell the difference

So buyers can tell real Home Shore from a relabeled offshore pyramid.

04

Keep the gates visible

So quality, security, audit, and human-accountability gates stay visible — a public floor, not a secret.

05

Outrun our own hiring

So the model can spread faster than Consitora can staff it.

06

No vendor lock on the method

So clients are not locked to one vendor to adopt the operating model.

“We will do this work. We cannot do all of this work. The method has to travel.”
